Daniel Pemberton: Prisoner's Wives

7th December 2011
Recording cues for new Daniel Pemberton scored drama Prisoner's Wives for BBC.  Looks and sounds like a good show and it was very lovely to work with the Elysian Quartet who were charming, helpful and very good. Recorded at Angel Studios (where I seem almost to live at the moment!) by Gary Thomas.

Channel 4 Alternative Christmas Message

1st December 2011
We've just been recording the alternative Christmas message for Channel 4 in Lindley Hall, Pimlico.  Very surreal scenes and a feeling of controlled chaos!  We recorded the arrangement first, which I worked on with lovely composer Jamie Salisbury, and then we had to mime to it .... over and over again!  Great to work with Dom Kelly's group the English Session Orchestra again and I'm looking forward to watching us on Christmas day.
